June 06 - Next competition is the World Pipe Band Championships in Glasgow on Saturday 12th August. The band will be running a FREE bus. Contact band members or email stu.lainey@btinternet.com if you want to reserve a place. The band will be missing several experienced players but hope to give some of the younger members a play. Should be interesting. Bus times and pick-ups will be posted soon.

June 06 - Innerleithen Competition - although the band are 're-building' this year, SPB decided to have a go at this local competition and finished in second place. An excellent effort. Well done to the drummers for a great performance at very short notice.
